How We Do It – Earth Food's Process

At Earth Foods, we take pride in delivering agricultural products that meet the highest

1. Controlled Farming :

We work closely with selected farms and agricultural engineers to grow our crops using safe,
regulated agrochemicals and sustainable practices. This ensures our products meet both

local and international health and safety standards.

2. Quality Inspection :

All produce is inspected by our in-house quality team at multiple stages — from harvest to
post-harvest handling — to ensure product consistency, cleanliness, and absence of harmful
residues.

3. Advanced Cooling & Freezing :

Immediately after harvesting, our products are cooled using advanced refrigeration
techniques to preserve freshness.
For frozen items, we use IQF (Individual Quick Freezing) technology — the highest global
standard in freezing — where products are flash-frozen individually using hydrogen gas,
preserving their natural shape, taste, and nutritional value without forming large ice crystals.

4. Hygienic Packing :

Our products are packed in food-grade, export-compliant packaging inside hygienic facilities,
with full traceability and lot control, ready for international shipment.

5. End-to-End Control :

From farm to port, Earth Foods controls the entire supply chain — ensuring efficiency,
quality, and transparency in every shipment.
